Leeward Cabin

 Getaway and come stay with us on Pender Island. Located in the Gulf Islands, accessible by ferry from Victoria or Vancouver, by floatplane or by boat, this cozy cottage sits on a 2 acre lot with waterfront access to beautiful Browning Harbor. It is centrally located, an easy 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk, to many amenities including grocery store, post office, gas station, liquor store, pharmacy, bakery and pub. Pender Island is home to about 2600 permanent residents as well as a large seasonal population. The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably, with one queen size bed and a pull out double futon on the main floor and 2 single beds located in the loft above. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove and microwave including all the necessities for cooking meals. The dining area boasts views into the forest where the morning sun streams through the trees. In the cooler season, light a fire in the woodstove and cozy up on the couch to watch your favorite movie or read a book. Walk down the trail to the ocean and enjoy morning coffee on the dock overlooking Browning Harbour enjoying the peaceful tranquility whilst watching the curious and entertaining seals on the rocks, eagles flying overhead, otters playing and boats coming and going into the harbour.
